Property Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise with training, termination, development, and rewards of staff
- Supervise maintenance and all office staff
- Conduct weekly meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections
- Provide professional staff with career development opportunities
- Oversee Assistant Property Manager
- Assist with the planning of resident retention events
- Ensure occupancy rates, evictions, and budgets are maintained
- Collect rent money
- Operate PMAS accounting software
- Maintain contracts with vendors
- Build relationships with residents
Experience:
- Prior multi-family or student housing skills preferred
- Microsoft Office skills required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- CPM certification a plus
Assistant Property Manager
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise all leasing and maintenance staff
- Assist Property Manager with walkthroughs and inspections
- Attend weekly meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections
- Assist with all business functions related to operations
Help with the planning and coordination of resident events - Assist Property Manager with all daily tasks.
Experience:
- Prior multi-family or student housing skills preferred
- Microsoft Office skills required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
Leasing Consultant
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer multi-line phone system and greet everyone who enters the office.
- Assist office staff with receiving rent and placing work orders.
- Handle all necessary functions for showing a model, generating new leads, closing the sale, and follow-up.
- Assist with direct mailers, follow up letters, events, and resident retention strategies.
- Assist in conducting all functions necessary to maximize revenue during the summer, including leasing all space, coordinating with other departments, etc.
- Perform daily office tasks (opening and closing the office, filing, assisting the manager with any necessary tasks).
- Perform after-hours duties as needed (i.e., attend student functions, PR events, etc.)
- Place customer needs, requests, and follow-up as a number one priority
- Prior multi-family or student housing experience preferred.
Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
- Keep grounds maintained including trash pick-up around community
- Perform daily work orders including but not limited to, electrical issues, plumbing, carpentry skills, and using power equipment.
- Upkeep of pools and common areas (work out facilities, laundry rooms, and computer labs).
- Help with the planting of seasonal plants and flowers.
- Paints walls, fences, and buildings.
- Assist Property Manger with any on-site activities.
- Responsible for making each unit ready for the next resident
to move in.
Experience:
- Maintenance experience required.
- Prior multi-family or student housing skills preferred
